Outcome Campus Connect currently has one type of user, ‘Delivery Program Administrator’ (DPA). However, different permissions can be associated with accounts. Each program page has an assigned owner in addition to the regular DPAs. The owner is able to assign and remove account permissions via the community page, and is responsible for the organization’s platform management. Some permissions specific to adjudication are not available via the community page. To make changes to these permissions, please submit a zendesk request or contact your Magnet representative for assistance.
